Leveraging our technological strength, we aim to increase employee engagement in all sectors and countries where we operate, while attracting, retaining, and supporting the career development of versatile talent within the HOWEN community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We Put People First<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are always focused on prioritizing our colleagues; contributing to their career development; and providing the most suitable environment for them to succeed in the dynamic business world. As a natural result of this approach, we hope that our colleagues will utilize their potential to the fullest and serve as role models in all industries where our community operates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Considering that our technologies will cause an unprecedented level of change, we can say that the skills we will need tomorrow will be very different from those of today. The new generation production model, also known as Industry 4.0, now necessitates much more complex skills.
