Hydrogen is an explosive gas that is costly to store and has a high ignition temperature and calorific value. Therefore, it is almost impossible to use it in existing energy systems without High Technology and High Costs. When Hydrocarbon gases are produced from Hydrogen through Bauer Processes in order to eliminate numerous problems in energy-demanding areas, such as application difficulties, high costs, storage problems, and the inability to implement it without modifications, the following can be achieved:
- It is not dangerous and explosive like HYDROGEN gas
- It is obtained by processing water with Carbon
- Its ignition temperature can be adjusted to between 300–460°C
- Its calorific value can be adjusted as required
- It can be produced with a flame temperature between 1,800–2,700°C
- Its density is lower than that of air
- It can be easily liquefied and transported and used like bottled gas
- Its sulfur content is very low compared with other equivalent combustible gases
- Its soot/smoke waste/carbon emissions are at very low levels compared with other equivalent combustible gases
- It can be safely used in all power plants, solid/gas-fired boiler systems, combi boilers, vehicles, automobiles, burners, furnaces, combustion chambers, and equipment in which LPG / LNG / CNG / NATURAL GAS / BUTANE / PROPANE / GASOLINE / ETHANOL / METHANOL / PROPANE / JET FUEL / KEROSENE / AVGAS gaseous and liquid fuels are used
- It can be produced within the 90–106 Motor Octane range
- Its storage can be as easy and safe as LPG
- Production at any capacity can be made possible
Conclusion;
When HYDROCARBON Gases can be produced abundantly and economically, they will rapidly take their place in the energy sector as a Renewable Alternative Energy source, as they will be cleaner, safer, more environmentally friendly, and more economical than Petroleum and other Combustible Gases obtained from Fossil fuels.
